摘 要:我国医学研究生规模庞大、培养时间长,其培养质量关乎我国公共卫生事业的稳健发展。目前,我国医学研究生培养质量参差不齐、培养和管理负担重,这给协同育人背景下医学研究生的培养和管理提出了新的要求。以往较多研究侧重于研究生培养过程,而较少研究关注医学研究生培养和管理的问题及策略。四川大学华西临床医学院/华西医院是中国高等医学教育的国家级示范基地,每年招收的研究生规模庞大。本研究从研究生角度出发,对华西临床医学院/华西医院各专业在读研究生,围绕研究生培养、管理现状及培养需求展开问卷调查,总结目前存在的问题并思考解决策略,以期为协同育人背景下医学研究生的培养和管理提供一定的参考。结果表明:提高师生院三方沟通效率,引导医学研究生强化自我认知,鼓励管理部门为医学研究生建立成长档案、制定个性化培养方案并提高运行效率,院校加大支持力度等措施,均能提高医学研究生的培养质量,更好地完善协同育人机制。Medical postgraduates are large-scale and time-consuming in China.The education quality of medical postgraduates is related to the steady development of public health.However,the quality of medical postgraduates training is currently uneven with a heavy burden of training and management.New requirements are therefore raised for improving the quality of training and management of medical postgraduates under the background of cooperative education.Nowadays,there are more researches focusing on the cultivation of postgraduates,while fewer researches focus on the issues and strategies of medical postgraduate training and management.West China School of Medicine/West China Hospital of Sichuan University is a national demonstrating base for higher medical education in China.Numerous medical postgraduates are recruited in this center every year.Here,we aimed to investigate the current situation of medical postgraduates training and managing,as well as training needs,summarize the current problems,and provide some strategies.This study is expected to give a reference for the training and management of medical postgraduates with cooperative education.The results show that measures such as improving the efficiency of tripartite communication between teachers and students,guiding medical graduate students to strengthen their self-awareness,encouraging management departments to establish growth files for medical graduate students,formulating personalized training programs and improving operational efficiency,and increasing support by institutions all improve the quality of medical postgraduate training and better improve the cooperative education mechanism.
