摘  要:医学研究生个性化培养模式的构建有助于实现研究生共性和个性的协调发展,显著提升研究生的教育教学质量。潍坊医学院临床检验诊断学专业将“因材施教”付诸实践,从确定个人培养计划开始,在后续一系列教育教学活动中,逐步探索个性化培养模式。通过形成性评价进行考核,结果显示个性化培养有助于提高医学研究生科研素养和思维创新能力,更能满足当今社会对创新型、应用型医学人才的需求。现以潍坊医学院临床检验诊断学专业为例,就如何进行医学研究生个性化培养展开论述并进行效果评价。The construction of individualized training mode for medical postgraduates is helpful to realize the coordinated development of the generality and individuality of postgraduates,and to significantly improve the quality of education and teaching for postgraduates.The specialty of clinical examination and diagnostics of Weifang Medical University put“teaching students according to their aptitude”into practice,and gradually explored the individualized training mode in the subsequent series of educational and teaching activities,starting from the determination of the individual training plan.Through the formative evaluation,the results show that the individualized training can help to improve the medical postgraduates’scientific research literacy and the ability of thinking innovation,which can better meet the current social demand for innovative and applied medical talents.Taking the clinical examination and diagnosis specialty of Weifang Medical University as an example,this paper discusses how to conduct the individualized training of medical postgraduates and evaluates the effect.
