医学院校大学生精神信仰与心理弹性的关系研究

摘　　要：目的通过探索精神信仰与心理弹性的关系,以此了解大学生精神信仰对心理健康状况的间接影响作用。方法使用大学生精神信仰问卷及心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对1581名医学院校大学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析得出结论。结果医学院校大学生群体中主要追求社会信仰;随着年级的增长,超自然信仰和实用信仰呈上升趋势,社会信仰呈下降趋势;男生比女生更信奉实用信仰,女生比男生更信奉社会信仰,女生比男生更崇尚精神信仰;在心理弹性各维度及其总分上,男生均显著高于女生;不同生源地大学生精神信仰及心理弹性无显著差异;社会信仰对心理弹性各维度都具有正向预测作用,超自然信仰对能力、精神影响具有正向预测作用,对接受变化具有负向预测作用;实用信仰对精神影响具有正向预测作用,对接受变化具有负向预测作用。结论良好的精神信仰有利于心理健康,其中社会信仰的提高最有利于提高其心理弹性,进而影响心理健康水平。Objective To explore the relationship between mental belief and mental flexibility,so as to understand the indirect influence of college students’spiritual belief on mental health.Methods 1581 medical college students were investigated with the mental belief questionnaire and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and the data were analyzed.Results The students in medical college mainly pursue social belief;with the increase of grade,supernatural belief and practical belief are on the rise,and social belief is on the decline;boys believe in practical belief more than girls,girls believe in social belief more than boys,girls believe in spiritual belief more than boys;boys are significantly higher than boys in all dimensions and total scores of psychological flexibility female students;there is no significant difference in the spiritual belief and resilience of college students from different sources;social belief has a positive predictive effect on all dimensions of psychological resilience,supernatural belief has a positive predictive effect on ability and spiritual impact,and a negative predictive effect on acceptance change;practical belief has a positive predictive effect on spiritual impact,and a negative predictive effect on acceptance change.Conclusion Good spiritual belief is conducive to mental health,and the improvement of social belief is most conducive to the improvement of their psychological resilience,and then affect the level of mental health.
