摘  要:随着国内住院医师规范化培训体系的建立,以及检验医学科自身发展的需要,对于检验医师的规范化培训逐渐受到医疗界的重视,如何更好地进行检验医师的规范化培训已成为检验科亟待解决的重要问题。中国医科大学附属盛京医院自2014年开始对检验医学科住院医师进行规范化培训,近6年来积累了一定的经验和教训。现就检验医学科住院医师规范化培训的目的、不同起点住院医师的专业基础知识培训、传统方式与网络教育结合的培养教学模式、考核体系、奖惩制度等方面的经验教训加以总结和分析,以期为今后规范化培训基地进一步完善的制度、改进措施提供指导和帮助。With the establishment of standardized training system for resident physicians in China and the development of laboratory medicine,the standardized training of laboratory physicians has been paid more and more attention.Since 2014,our hospital began to perform standardized training for resident physicians in the field of laboratory medicine,and has made certain achievements in the past 6 years.This paper summarized and analyzed the experience and lessons in the aspects of the objective of the standardized training of resident physicians,the training teaching mode,the assessment system,and the reward and punishment system,so as to provide guidance and help for the further improvement of the training system and measures in the future.
