采用不同手术方法治疗眼睑分裂痣的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析不同手术方法治疗眼睑分裂痣的疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治眼睑分裂痣患者195例,分为三组。A组采用全厚片移植术;B组采用转移或推进皮瓣术;C组采用皮片移植+皮瓣转移术。比较三组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、手术时间及住院时间。结果:三组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组不良反应发生率、手术时间和住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在眼睑分裂痣的临床治疗中,全厚片移植术、转移或推进皮瓣术及皮片移植+皮瓣转移术均可取得较好的治疗效果,术后患者的不良反应较小,具有较高的安全性。Objective:To analyze the effects of different surgical methods on the treatment of divided nevus of eyelid.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,195 cases of divided nevus of eyelid were selected,they were divided into the three groups.The group A used full thick slices transplantation.The group B used transfer or advancing flap surgery.The group C was treated with skin graft and skin flap transfer.The clinical the rapeutic effects,adverse reactions,operation time and hospital stay were compared among the three groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions,operation time and hospital stay among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of eyelid mitotic nevus,full-thickness flap transplantation,transfer or advancement of skin flap and skin graft plus skin flap transfer can achieve better therapeutic effects,and the postoperative adverse reactions of the patients are less and have higher safety。
