院内外一体化急救模式在急性上消化道出血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性上消化道出血患者应用院内外一体化急救模式的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月急救中心护送的急性上消化道出血患者90例,随机分两组,各45例。对照组采用常规急救模式;观察组采用院内外一体化急救模式。评估两组急救效果。结果:观察组急救总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在针对急性上消化道出血患者的急救措施中,积极应用院内外一体化急救的效果显著,能够大大缩短患者在诊断环节、转运环节以及治疗环节的时间,提高抢救率,有效挽救患者生命,具备推广价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of integrated inside and outside hospital first aid model in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,90 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were escorted by emergency centre were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional first aid model,while the observation group adopted the integrated inside and outside hospital first aid model.The first aid effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of first aid in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients,the effect of integrated inside and outside hospital first aid model is remarkable,it can greatly shorten the time of diagnosis,transportation and treatment and improve the rescue rate,it also can effectively save the patients’life and has the promotion value.
