摘　　要：食管癌是临床最常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一。虽然随着人们生活习惯的改变,食管癌发病率有所下降,但是其五年生存率及死亡率并没有明显改变,这主要是由于多数患者诊断时已属晚期,并且不能及时根据预后评估而接受标准的个体化治疗等因素所致。因此在临床研究中急需寻找新的早期诊断及预后预测的分子标志物。microRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,广泛参与肿瘤生长、侵袭、转移等过程中的基因表达调控。本文首先介绍了miRNA,然后从临床角度陈述miRNA在食管癌组织中及循环血清或血浆中的表达,最后总结了miRNA作为生物标志物在食管癌诊断、治疗中及预后预测的应用。Esophageal cancer is one of the most common digestive system malignancies in clinic. Although the incidence of esophageal cancer has decreased with changes in people’s living habits, the five-year survival rate and mortality rate have not changed significantly,mainly because most patients are advanced stage at the time of diagnosis and cannot receive timely standardized individualized treatment according to prognosis assessment. Therefore,it is urgent to find new molecular markers for early diagnosis and prognosis prediction in clinical research. MicroRNA(miRNA) is a kind of endogenous non coding small RNA,which is widely involved in the regulation of gene expression in the process of tumor growth,invasion and metastasis. This paper first introduces miRNA,then states the expression of miRNA in esophageal cancer tissues and circulating serum or plasma from the clinical point of view. Finally,it summarizes the application of miRNA as a biomarker in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis prediction of esophageal cancer.
