摘 要:为探究黄河鲤肌肉多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)与形体指标的关系,从黄河鲤新品系G3代中随机挑选18尾,测定其各项形体指标及肌肉脂肪酸组分,分析PUFA与各项形体指标间的相关性,并随机选择12尾鱼进行线性相关验证。结果表明:除吻长与体重相关显著外,其他形体指标与体重相关极显著;PUFA与单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)、C14:0、C18:0、C18:1、C20:3、C20:4、C22:4相关显著,PUFA与C16:0、C20:2、C22:6相关极显著;更为重要的是,PUFA与体长/体高呈负相关,与眼间距呈正相关。这一研究提示可通过鲤外形指标对黄河鲤新品系肌肉PUFA含量指标进行选择,从而为黄河鲤新品系的选育提供新的途径。In order to explore the relationship between muscular polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)and body shaping parameters of Huanghe carp new strain,18 fish were randomly selected from the Huanghe carp new strain generation 3 and their body shaping parameters and muscle fatty acid components were measured.The correlation between PUFA and body shaping parameters was analyzed and validated by linear correlation using 12 fish randomly selected.The results showed that,except for the snout length,other body shaping indicators were significantly correlated with body weight.Significant correlations were also observed between PUFA and MUFA,C14:0,C18:0,C18:1,C20:3,C20:4,C22:4.PUFA was very significantly correlated with C16:0,C20:2 and C22:6.More importantly,PUFA was negatively correlated with body length/height and positively correlated with eye spacing.This study suggested that the polyunsaturated fatty acid content in the muscle of Huanghe carp new strain could be selected by the body shaping parameters.Thus this result can provide a new way for the Huanghe carp new strain breeding program.
