摘　　要：硒元素作为非金属元素,广泛存在于自然界,不仅是人和动物不可缺少的营养物质,而且是植物体重要组成成分。硒作为人体必需的微量元素,多是通过食物从自然界植物中获取,植物体的硒通常以无机硒和有机硒的形式存在,有机硒是人体吸收的优势结构,相较于无机硒更易被人体吸收利用,不同的硒形态对人体生理、毒理作用也有所不同,因此,对近年来植物体内硒提取、分离方式以及硒形态检测等方法进行综述,对植物体内硒的后期研究很有必要。As a non-metallic element,selenium is widely found in nature,which is not only an indispensable nutrient for humans and animals,but also an important component in plants.Selenium,as an essential trace element of human body,is mostly obtained from natural plants through food.Selenium in plants usually exists in the form of inorganic selenium and organic selenium.Compared with inorganic selenium,organic selenium is the dominant structure absorbed by human body and is more easily absorbed and utilized by human body.Different selenium forms have different physiological and toxicological effects on human body.Therefore,it is necessary for the later study of selenium in plants to review the methods of selenium extraction,separation and speciation detection in recent years.
