摘　　要：在分析“双高计划”建设背景下高职院校图书馆建立学科馆员制度必要性的基础上,从人才引进与人才培养、学科馆员制度运行机制、学馆馆员试点服务、学科馆员制度的推广工作、优化学科馆员服务模式等5个方面进行了探讨,提出了相应的策略。Based on the analysis of the necessity of the establishment of the subject librarian system in libraries of vocational colleges under the“dual high-level plan”background,this paper probes into the issue in the following five aspects of the personnel introduction and training,the operating mechanism of the subject librarian system,the pilot service of the subject librarian,the popularization of the subject librarian system and the optimization of the service mode of the subject librarian.In addition,it also puts forward relevant strategies.
