摘　　要：在临床疾病的诊疗中,静脉血标本的检测发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,不合格的静脉血标本会在疾病诊断、医院运营等方面造成不良后果。对此,该共识从影响静脉血标本质量因素及应对措施、不合格静脉血标本管理建议、静脉血标本分析前质量指标、不合格静脉血标本的记录及分析方法、静脉血标本质量管理中的新技术5个方面进行阐述,旨在针对静脉血标本制定明确的质量控制指标,进一步完善评价系统,并明确静脉血标本在采集、储存、运输、检测等环节中的改进措施。The venous blood specimens play an irreplaceable role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment,while the unqualified venous blood specimens might lead to adverse consequences in terms of clinical diagnosis and hospital operation.Concerning this,the guideline aims to set up clear quality control indicators,improve the assessment system,and propose improvement measures in venous blood specimen collection,storage,transportation,and testing,which is illustrated in the following five aspects:factors affecting the quality of venous blood samples and the countermeasures,recommendations for the management of unqualified venous blood specimens,pre-analytical quality indicators of venous blood specimens,recording and analysis methods for unqualified venous blood specimens,and new technologies in the quality management for venous blood specimens.
