摘  要:分子标记辅助选择可以大大缩短育种年限,明显提高育种效率,具有快捷、绿色、精准的优越性,目前已广泛应用于马铃薯抗病植株的辅助选择育种中,辅助筛选出了一些具有抗病性的优良马铃薯品种。本研究概述了分子标记辅助选择的原理与应用现状,介绍了马铃薯病毒病危害与致病特征、马铃薯晚疫病的危害及防治现状,综述了对马铃薯抗病基因的定位、克隆的研究情况,以及对已开发并获得验证的马铃薯病毒病与晚疫病抗性基因分子标记的研究进展,最后分析了抗性基因分子标记辅助育种技术存在的问题,展望了抗性基因分子标记辅助育种技术的前景。Molecular marker assisted selection can greatly shorten the breeding period,significantly improve the breeding efficiency,and has the advantages of fast,green and accurate.At present,it has been widely used in the assisted selection breeding of potato resistant plants,and assisted in the selection of some good potato varieties with disease resistance.This review summarizes the principle and application of molecular marker assisted selection,introduces the harm and pathogenic characteristics of potato virus disease,the harm and control status of potato late blight,summarizes the research on the location and cloning of potato disease resistance genes,and the research progress of molecular markers of potato virus disease and late blight resistance genes that have been developed and verified in this paper,the problems of marker assisted breeding for resistance genes were analyzed,and the prospect of marker assisted breeding for resistance genes was prospected.
