摘 要:小檗碱俗称黄连素,是一类苯并异喹啉类季铵生物碱,具有抗菌抗炎、止泻、抗高血压、降血脂等作用,毒副作用小。近年来研究发现小檗碱具有抗肿瘤活性。近年来也有很多研究者以小檗碱为母体的进行了设计合成多个衍生物,期望得到抗肿瘤活性更强,选择性更高的化合物。本文就小檗碱衍生物的抗肿瘤研究进展进行综述,为进一步系统的研究提供参考。Berberine,commonly known as berberine,is a class of benzisoquinoline quaternary ammonium alkaloids,which has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antidiarrheal,antihypertensive and hypolipidemic effects with little toxic and side effects.In recent years,berberine has been found to have antitumor activity.In recent years,many researchers have designed and synthesized several derivatives with berberine as the parent,hoping to obtain compounds with stronger anti-tumor activity and higher selectivity.In this paper,the research progress of berberine derivatives against tumor was reviewed,which provided reference for further systematic research.
