摘 要:目的探讨超声引导下乳腺良性病灶微创旋切术的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年12月~2019年12月中一东北国际医院收治的70例乳腺良性包块患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各35例。对照组采取传统开放手术治疗,研究组采取超声引导下乳腺良性病灶微创旋切术治疗。比较两组的优良率、手术时间、切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度、术中出血量、疼痛数字量表(NRS)评分及并发症总发生率。结果治疗后,研究组的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度短于对照组,且术中出血量少于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下乳腺良性病灶微创旋切术治疗良性乳腺包块的效果显著,且术后恢复情况及美观效果更佳,安全性更高,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical application of minimally invasive rotary resection of benign breast lesions under ultrasound guidance.Methods A total of 70 patients with benign breast masses treated in Zhongyi Northeast International Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divide into control group and study group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,the study group underwent minimally invasive rotary resection of benign breast lesions under ultrasound guidance.The excellent and good rate,operation time,incision healing time,scar length,intraoperative blood loss,pain numerical scale(NRS)score and total complication rate were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the excellent rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,incision healing time,and scar length of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the NRS score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotary resection of benign breast lesions has a significant effect on benign breast masses,and the postoperative recovery and aesthetic effect are better.More secure,worth clinical application.
