摘 要:目的建立检测软水机产品的软化功能稳定性的方法,对产品质量进行检测和监督。方法采用浓度为总硬度(以碳酸钙计)450mg/L的自来水作为通水原水,按照再生周期净水量,4段5次采样,分别测定总硬度、pH值,按照产品中实际使用交换树脂类型测定钾或钠的含量。结果通过对软水机在全程使用过程中4段的总硬度、pH值、钾或钠的含量测定,全面有效地反映了产品软化情况。结论此实验设计合理、可行,对现行的《卫生部涉及饮用水卫生安全产品检验规定》(2001版)是有效的补充和修订。Objective To establish a method to test the softening function stability of water softener products, and test and supervise the product quality. Methods Tap water with a concentration of 450 mg/L of total hardness(based on calcium carbonate) was used as the raw water for water supply. According to the purified water quantity in the regeneration cycle, we used 4 stages and 5 times to sample, the total hardness and pH value were measured respectively, and the content of potassium or sodium was determined according to the type of exchange resin actually used in the product. Results Through the determination of the total hardness, pH value, potassium or sodium content of the 4 stages in the whole process of using the softener, the softening situation of the product was comprehensively and effectively reflected. Conclusion The design of the test is reasonable and feasible, which is an effective supplement to the current Regulations of the ministry of health on the inspection of drinking water safety products(2001).
