摘　　要：通过查阅国内外相关文献,对医学生吸烟行为的影响因素进行分析,探讨当前我国医学生吸烟行为的发生原因,明确控烟的可行途径,使医学生发挥自身榜样作用,影响周边人群,以此降低吸烟率。研究结果显示,导致医学生吸烟的主要影响因素包括压力、抑郁、冲动性、无聊与抵制效能感、感觉寻求倾向等内部因素以及家庭影响、环境氛围、吸烟镜头等外部因素,提示医学生吸烟行为的管控需要家庭、学校、政府联合开展干预,强化医学生拒绝烟草的意识,预防和矫正吸烟行为。This paper analyzes the influencing factors of smoking behaviors of medical students by consulting the relevant domestic and foreign literatures, aiming to explore the causes of smoking behaviors among medical students in China at present, and to identify the feasible ways to control smoking, so as to enable medical students to play an exemplary role and influence the surrounding persons, in order to reduce the smoking rate. The research results show that the management and main influencing factors leading to smoke among medical students include internal factors such as pressure, depression, impulsiveness, boredom and refusal self-efficacy, sensation seeking tendency, etc, as well as external factors such as family influence, environmental atmosphere, smoking scenes and so on, it is suggested that the management and control of smoking behaviors among medical students needs the joint intervention of farmilies, schools and governments, in order to strengthen the awareness of medical students to refuse tobacco and to prevent and correct smoking behaviors.
