摘 要:目的 总结苏州大学附属第一医院妊娠合并血液病患者的输血情况,形成常规输血策略,指导临床用血,降低围产期出血风险.方法 回顾性分析2018年6月—2019年6月苏州大学附属第一医院产科140例输血产妇的临床资料,重点分析合并血液病的孕产妇围产期输血情况,总结不同血液系统疾病使用的血制品类型及其疗效情况.结果 该研究140例研究对象中合并血液病的孕产妇占40.0%(56/140).56例妊娠合并血液病患者均经支持疗法和产科处理,病情得到好的转归,无1例死亡.结论 根据血液病种类不同,对围产期患者采用不同的输血策略,可有效减少围产期大出血的发生率,降低孕产妇输血率和死亡率.Objective To summarize the blood transfusion of patients with blood disease in pregnancy and form a routine blood transfusion strategy to guide clinical blood use,in order to reduce the risk of perinatal bleeding.Methods The clinical data of 140 cases of blood transfusion maternal obstetrics from June 2018 to June 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were retrospectively analyzed,focusing on the perinatal blood transfusion of pregnant women with blood diseases.Results Among the 140 blood transfusion women,56(40.0%)patients with pregnancy complicated with blood disease were significantly improved after supportive therapy and obstetric treatment,and none died.Conclusion Different transfusion strategies are adopted for perinatal patients according to different blood disease types,which can effectively reduce the incidence of perinatal massive bleeding and reduce maternal blood transfusion rate and mortality.
