基于文旅融合的巴渝古崖居动态保护与活化利用策略——以永川半山崖居为例

摘　　要：以永川半山崖居为典型案例,结合乡村振兴战略,通过实地调研、现状与问题分析表明,永川石牛寺半山崖居群是巴渝古崖居地域性与实用性完美结合的建筑美学的典范,崖居环境是一种绿色生态的居住模式.在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,采取“文旅融合+三产融合”的特色乡村旅游策略,探索了巴渝古崖居洞穴酒店的利用方式,提出了崖居本体和周边环境的动态保护与活化利用技术措施,以及巴渝古崖居的动态保护与活化利用应坚持的基本原则.以期实现巴渝古崖居及其环境的永续利用,为巴渝古崖居的保护利用提供指导与借鉴.In this study,Yongchuan Cliff Dwelling on the mountainside has been taken as a typical case,with rural revitalization strategy combined through field investigation.Present situation and problem analysis shows that Yongchuan Cliff Dwelling on the mountainside is a perfect combination of regional and practical architectural aesthetics of ancient cliff dwellings in Chongqing.The cliff dwelling environment is a green ecological living model.In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,we have adopted the characteristic rural tourism strategy of cultural and tourism integration+tertiary industry integration,explored the utilization method of ancient cliff dwelling in Chongqing cave hotel,and proposed technical measures for the dynamic protection and activation of the cliff dwelling and surrounding environment,and the basic principles that should be adhered to for the dynamic protection,activation and utilization of the ancient cliff dwellings in Chongqing.With a view to realizing the sustainable use of ancient cliff dwellings in Chongqing and its environment,it provides guidance and reference for the protection and utilization of ancient cliff dwellings in Chongqing.
