摘　　要：继发性闭经属于妇科多发病、疑难病,病因各异,病机复杂,常由月经后期、月经过少等演变而来,亦可源于中枢性疾病或手术、放化疗损伤。许昕教授认为本病以脾肾亏虚为本,以阳明浊热、暗耗阴血为标;肝失疏泄乃病发契机。治疗在补肾填精、健脾养血基础上,“清利阳明浊热、调畅肝胃气机”,二者相辅相成,以臻“浊热去、阴血复、阳气升”,使天癸重启、月经复常。Secondary amenorrhea is one of the common and difficult and compli-cated diseases of gynecology.Its pathogenesis is complex and changeable.It always comes from delayed menstrual cycle or hypomenorrhea.It also comes from central disease or damage of operation and chemoradiotherapy.Professor XU Xin considers that the rooted pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen and kidney,the turbid-heat in Yangming meridians and damage of yin blood.Liver dysfunction is predisposing fac-tors of secondary amenorrhea.In terms of the treatment,on the bases of invigorating the kidney to replenish essense,inviograting the spleen for nourishing blood,clearing the heat-turbidity of Yanming meridian is combined with regulating Live and stamoch qi.By dispeling heat turbidity,recovering yin blood and promoting yang qi,substances that maintain male and female sexual function regains and men-struation returns to normal.
