静脉产业园与低碳城市的关系研究

摘　　要：低碳城市建设已成为我国城市发展的重要方向,而城市废物的出口产业(静脉产业)是物质循环利用的重要手段,其与低碳城市建设息息相关。本文从静脉产业与低碳城市内涵、政策与制度、评价指标体系等多方面阐述其关联,并依据一静脉产业园区案例,分析了静脉产业对低碳城市建设的意义与贡献,明确了静脉产业园的建设是低碳城市发展不可或缺的一环,为进一步促进低碳城市建设提供了具体方向。The construction of low-carbon cities is an important development trend for china,and the venous industry is an important means of material recycling,which is closely linked to low-carbon city construction.In this paper,the relationship between venous industrial park and low-carbon city was analyzed in terms of connotation,policy and institution,evaluation index system,etc,and the significant contribution of venous industry for low-carbon city construction was represented on the basis of a venous industry park case specific analysis,and clarified that the construction of intravenous industrial parks was an indispensable part of the development of low-carbon cities,and provided specific directions for further promoting the construction of low-carbon cities.
