摘　　要：眼前段缺血(anterior segment ischemia,ASI)是眼外肌手术后罕见而严重的并发症,临床表现复杂,易被误诊,如不及时治疗,可能导致视力丧失等致盲性后果。本文主要对眼外肌术后ASI的概念、临床表现、发生机制、高危因素、诊断治疗等方面做一综述,以提高大家对ASI的认识,并在临床工作中尽量减少或避免ASI的发生。Anterior segment ischemia(ASI)is a rare but serious complication after extraocular muscle surgery.Due to its complex clinical manifestations,it is easy to be misdiagnosed.If not treated in time,it may lead to blindness such as vision loss.This paper mainly reviews the concept,clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,risk factors,diagnosis and treatments of ASI after extraocular muscle surgery,so as to improve people’s understanding of ASI and minimize or avoid the occurrence of ASI in clinical work.
