经济全球化背景下中国管理模式的演化路径——基于企业管理的视角

摘　　要：我国已成为世界第二大经济体,中华民族伟大复兴事业处于重要战略机遇期,作为管理学界的研究者有必要总结中国企业的管理经验,完善中国管理理论体系,丰富世界管理理论。本文根据中国参与经济全球化的进程,基于企业管理的视角,创造性地提出中国企业管理模式演化的七个阶段,并详细分析了“一带一路”倡议下的经济全球化阶段管理模式演化的特征,提出当前中国管理模式的核心是“全球思维,中国标准”。文中结合“两个一百年”奋斗目标,同时考虑了新冠肺炎疫情对经济全球化的影响,展望中国管理模式未来演化的方向。中华民族伟大复兴之路既是中国管理模式走向世界、影响世界和誉满世界之路,也是对世界经济发展贡献中国管理模式之路。China's economy has become the second largest economy in the world,and it is an important period of strategic opportunity of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As a researcher in the field of management,it is necessary to summarize the management experience of Chinese enterprises,improve the Chinese management theory system,and enrich the world management theory.Based on the perspective of enterprise management,this paper creatively proposes seven stages of the evolution of Chinese management mode,and analyzes the characteristics of the evolution of the management mode in the stage of economic globalization under background of the Belt and Road initiative.It is pointed out that the core of the current Chinese management mode is“global thinking,Chinese standard”.Combined with the goal of the two centenaries,and considering the impact of COVID-19 on economic globalization,this paper expounds the future evolution direction of China's management mode.The road of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is also the way for China's management mode to go to the world,influence the world and be famous in the world.It is also the road for China to contribute China's management mode to the world economic development.
