摘 要:目的探讨STC2在头颈部鳞状细胞癌及正常组织的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法利用HPA数据库分析STC2蛋白的表达差异,利用Ualcan数据库分析STC2 mRNA在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床病理特点的关系,利用GEPIA数据库分析STC2 mRNA表达及其与头颈部鳞状细胞癌预后的相关性。结果分析数据库表明:STC2在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的表达明显高于正常组织,STC2的表达与头颈部鳞状细胞癌的临床分期有相关性,stage4的表达明显高于stage3(P<0.001)。STC2与头颈部鳞状细胞癌的病理分级也有相关性,STC2在Grade3和Grade2中的表达均高于Grade1(P<0.01)。STC2的表达与头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者的性别及年龄均有相关性(P<0.01)。STC2在高表达组的总生存率明显低于低表达组(P<0.01)。结论 STC2在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中高表达,和患者的生存率呈负相关,有可能成为头颈部鳞状细胞癌诊断、恶性进展及预后判断的有效指标。Objective To investigate the expression of STC2 in squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck and its relationship with the prognosis of patients.Methods HPA database was used to analyze the expression differences of STC2 protein,Ualcan database was used to analyze the relationship between STC2 mRNA expression in squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck and the clinicopathological characteristics,and GEPIA database was used to analyze the correlation between STC2 mRNA expression and the prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck.Results The analysis database showed that the expression of STC2 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues,the expression of STC2 was correlated with the clinical stage of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,and the expression of stage4 was significantly higher than that of stage3(P<0.001).STC2 was also correlated with the pathological grading of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,and the expression of STC2 in Grade3 and Grade2 was higher than that in Grade1(P<0.01).The expression of STC2 was correlated with the gender and age of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.01).The overall survival rate of STC2 in the high-expression group was significantly lower than that in the low-expression group(P<0.01).Conclusion STC2 is highly expressed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,which is negatively correlated with the survival rate of patients,and may be an effective indicator for the diagnosis,malignant progression and prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
