摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜癌组织中血管内皮生长因子D(VEGF-D)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测49例子宫内膜癌和18例正常子宫内膜组织中的VEGF-D和MMP-9的表达及相关性,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 VEGF-D和MMP-9在正常子宫内膜组和子宫内膜癌组中阳性表达逐渐增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),VEGF-D在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与手术病理分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),MMP-9的表达与手术病理分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。VEGF-D的表达与MMP-9的表达存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-D和MMP-9与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、侵袭相关。Objective To observe the expression of VEGF-D,MMP-9 in endometrial carcinoma tissue samples.Methods Forty-nine cases of endometrial carcinoma and eighteen cases of normal endometrium were selected in this study.Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of VEGF-D,as well as MMP-9.The relationship between the two genes and the different clinic pathological features were analyzed.Results In normal endometrial and endometrial carcinoma,the positive rates of VEGF-D and MMP-9 were ascending,which has significant difference(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF-D in endometrial cancer tissue and surgery pathological stage and lymph node metastasis were related(P<0.05),and the expression of MMP-9 was related to surgical pathological stage,muscular invasion,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).And there was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF-D and MMP-9(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF-D and MMP-9 are related to the occurrence,development and invasion of endometrial carcinoma.
