重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在预防下颌阻生牙拔除术后干槽症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究重组牛碱性成纤维生长因子凝胶对预防下颌阻生牙拔除术后干槽症的临床治疗效果。方法门诊拔除阻生牙450例,按照患者就诊顺序采用随机数字方法分为A组、B组和C组,每组150例。A组为应用重组牛成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶,B组为应用载有碘仿粉的明胶海绵,C组术后不应用任何物质。术后3d,5d,7d口腔科门诊复诊,统计3组患者术后干槽症的发生率。结果 A组与C组、B组与C组、A组与B组干槽症发生率差异均有显著性(χ^2=15.130,P<0.01;χ^2=4.529,P<0.05;χ^2=4.623,P<0.05)。结论下颌阻生牙拔除术后局部应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶较载有碘仿的明胶海绵对干槽症的预防作用更为显著,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor against dry socket syndrome after mandibular impacted tooth extraction.Methods A total of 450 patients who had been extracted mandibular impacted tooth were selected and randomly divided into three groups.Group A,recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor was put into the sockets after mandibular third molars were extracted;Group B,gelfoam containing iodoform was put into the sockets after mandibular third molars were extracted;Group C,let the wounds to be healed naturally without any materials.The incidence of dry socket syndrome was observed and compared between two groups on the 3 rd day,5 th day and 7 th day after tooth extraction.Results The differences in the incidence of dry socket syndrome in groups A and C,B and C,A and B were statistically significant(P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.05).Conclusion Local application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel after extraction of mandibular impacted teeth has a significant preventive effect on for patients with dry socket syndrom than gelatin sponge containing iodoform.It can improve the quality of patients’ life and is a good medication for patients with dry socket.
