摘 要:为了解重金属复合污染土壤对燕麦生长的影响,通过盆栽实验研究了Pb、Zn、Cd、Hg、As 5种重金属不同污染程度下燕麦(牧乐思,加拿大进口)生长、生理特征变化及重金属的累积效应。结果显示:随着危害指数RI的增加,燕麦发芽率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)变化较小,叶绿素a、b呈下降趋势,但生物量和重金属累积量有所增加。多元回归和相关性分析表明:Pb、As对燕麦生长有显著抑制作用(p<0.05);有效态Pb、Zn、Cd与叶绿素a、b,SOD,POD存在显著负相关;燕麦吸收重金属主要受可氧化态、弱酸提取态和残渣态影响;多金属胁迫对燕麦的生长有一定的促进作用,但当RI≥1328.17时会抑制其生长或使其死亡。Oat plant experiment was conducted to evaluate the impact of heavy metals stress on the growth of oat plants.The effects of five heavy metals(Pb,Zn,Cd,Hg and As)on the growth,physiological characteristics and accumulation of heavy metals in oats(Mullers,imported from Canada)were studied.The results show that with the increase of hazard index(RI),the germination rate,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)of oats change little.Chlorophyll-a and-b showed a downward trend,but biomass and heavy metals accumulation increased.The multiple regression and correlation analysis show that Pb and As significantly inhibited oat growth.Effective Pb,Zn and Cd were negatively correlated with chlorophyll-a,-b,SOD and POD(p<0.05).The absorption of heavy metals in oats was mainly affected by oxidizable state,weak acid extraction state and residual state.Polymetallic stress has a certain promoting effect on the growth of oat plant,but when RI≥1328.17,it will inhibit its growth or cause its death.
