发疹性毳毛囊肿并发多发性脂囊瘤

摘　　要：患者女,17岁。颈部及胸部丘疹和结节3年。皮肤科检查:颈部及胸部可见多个肤色丘疹和结节,质地软。皮损组织病理检查:表皮大致正常,真皮内见2个囊腔样结构,1个囊壁为复层鳞状上皮,有颗粒层,囊内见毳毛毛干;另1个囊壁为复层鳞状上皮,无颗粒层,囊壁内表面为波浪状嗜伊红无定形物质。诊断:发疹性毳毛囊肿并发多发性脂囊瘤。A 17-year-old female presented with papules and nodules on the neck and chest for 3 years. Physical examination revealed multiple soft papules and nodules. Histopathologic examination showed normal epidermis, and two cysts in dermis. One cyst showed flattened multiple layers of squamous epithelium with focal areas of granular layer, and vellus hair shafts within the cyst cavity, while the other showed multiple layers of squamous epithelium with eosinophilic and waviness substance in the inner layer, and without granular layer. The diagnosis of eruptive vellus hair cysts with steatocystoma multiplex was made.
