高职会展专业校外集中实训模式及效果研究

摘　　要：高职会展策划与管理专业要求学生具备会展项目的策划、设计及运营管理等核心能力,专业实践性强,因此,开展专业校外集中实训非常必要。通过介绍职业院校会展策划与管理专业开展校外集中实训的基本情况,重点以北京农业职业学院会展专业为例,阐述了“一主线、两阶段、三递进”的“跟岗轮训+定岗实训”校外实训模式;并从学生专业技能提升、就业及职业发展、专业建设及模式推广等方面进行了校外实训的效果分析,以期为职业院校会展专业开展校外集中实训提供借鉴和思路。Exhibition planning and management major in higher vocational colleges requires students to have core ability of planning,designing and operating management of exhibition projects,which is highly practical.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out off-campus centralized training.This paper introduces the basic situation of off-campus centralized training for exhibition planning and management major in vocational colleges.Taking Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as an example,it explains off-campus training model of“one main line,two phases,three steps”and“follow-up training in turn+post training”.Then,it analyzes the effect of off-campus centralized training from the aspects of professional skills upgrading,employment and career development,professional construction and model promotion,etc.,so as to provide reference and ideas for off-campus centralized training for exhibition major in vocational colleges.
