摘 要:为研究T800碳纤维增强复合材料沉头螺栓连接结构在受载情况下损伤的萌生、扩展以及材料失效行为,对螺栓连接结构进行准静态拉伸实验。利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立该结构的三维有限元模型,采用三维Hashin失效准则预测复合材料的失效起始,基于渐进损伤理论提出一种新的材料损伤后刚度逐渐折减方案,并通过编写UMAT用户子程序实现材料本构关系的定义。对碳纤维增强复合材料沉头螺栓连接结构进行数值分析,将数值计算结果与拉伸实验结果进行对比分析,结果表明,此数值分析方法对结构的失效过程预测与实验结果吻合良好。In order to study the initiation,propagation and material failure behavior of T800 carbon fiber reinforced composite joint structure with countersunk bolt under load,the quasi-static tensile tests were carried out on the bolt joint structure.The threedimensional finite element model of the structure was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The threedimensional Hashin failure criterion was used to predict the initial failure of the composite.Based on the progressive damage theory,a new scheme of gradually reducing material stiffness after damage was proposed,and the definition of the material constitutive relation was realized by using the UMAT user subroutine.The numerical analysis of the joint structure of carbon fiber composite countersunk bolt was carried out,and the numerical calculation results were compared with the tensile test results.The results show that the prediction of failure process by the numerical analysis is in good agreement with the experimental results.
