摘  要:目的观察藻蓝蛋白对肿瘤患者抗化疗药物的骨髓抑制、改善免疫力、化疗毒副作用的效果。方法选择2018年5月~2019年4月滨州医学院烟台附属医院肿瘤科化疗患者60例,按照服用藻蓝蛋白的量,分为低剂量组(1.5 g/d),高剂量组(3 g/d)和空白对照组。分别监测白细胞抑制程度、重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液使用次数、T细胞亚群、毒副作用等试验指标。结果低、高剂量组中重度骨髓抑制发生率明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05),且高剂量中重度骨髓抑制发生率明显低于低剂量组(P<0.05)。低、高剂量组人均重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液的使用次数明显低于空白对照组(P<0.01);低、高剂量组的CD^4+/CD^8+比值明显升高,低、高剂量组的恶心、呕吐、血细胞减少分级均低于空白对照组。结论藻蓝蛋白能够减轻患者化疗过程中的骨髓抑制,可以在一定程度上改善免疫功能,减轻化疗的毒副作用。Objective To observe the effect of phycocyanin on improving immunity and reducing chemotherapy damage in patients with cancer during chemotherapy.Methods 60 cancer patients were divided into low-dose group,high-dose group and blank control group according to the amount of phycocyanin.The white blood cell inhibition degree,the use times of recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor injection,T cell subsets,toxic and side effects were monitored respectively.Results The incidence of moderate and severe myelosuppression in low-dose group,high-dose group and blank control group was 52.18%,17.65%and 90%,respectively.The incidence rate of high-dose group was significantly lower than that of low-dose group.respectively,which were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the blank control group(P<0.01)/The ratio of CD<8+was significantly increased,which indicated that the patients taking phycocyanin during chemotherapy could positively regulate the immune state of the body;meanwhile,the grades of nausea,vomiting and hemocytopenia in the experimental group were lower than those in the blank control group.Conclusion Phycocyanin can resist bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy,improve immune function to a certain extent,and reduce the toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy.
