摘  要:采用标准模块化方案搭建的大容量电力电子装备具有加工简单、组装与扩容便利等诸多优势。然而,其汇流结构阻抗网络造成的异常谐振电流常导致电容等部件出现热失效与绝缘问题。汇流结构阻抗网络具有元件多,结构复杂且阶数高等特点。依靠数值计算与专用仪器测试手段难以定位异常谐振产生的具体环节,相应的改进措施,电流谐振抑制效果有限。针对此问题,基于标准模块化功率模组的结构对称性,借助低阶单元与组合网络的谐振特性的继承关系,得出了高阶阻抗网络多模态谐振特性的综合提取方法。首先,详细阐述了子单元选择策略以及子单元与组合网络谐振模态的关联规律。其次,将网络谐振模态分解为单元自身谐振模态与网络伴生谐振模态,对两类谐振模态的形成规律、提取方法、峰值阻尼系数等参数进行了详细数学推导与分析。最后,实验结果表明通过该方法可以获得完整的汇流母排高阶阻抗网络多谐振模态集合,同时得到的谐振模态与阻抗网络中谐振回路的对应关系,是指导母排优化设计的重要基础。Large-capacity power electronic equipment manufacured with standard modular schemes has many advantages,such as simple processing,convenient assembly and capacity expansion.Whereas,in the dc-link busbar structure,the abnormal resonant current leads to thermal failure and insulation problems of capacitors and other components.Due to the complex characteristics of the dc-link impedance network,it is difficult for the existing numerical calculation and instrument testing method to perform the specific resonance suppression,and the improvement effect is limited.In order to solve these problems,a method for extracting the resonance characteristics of high order impedance network is proposed in this paper.The method is based on the structural symmetry of standard power modules and the resonance characteristics inheritance relation between the low order unit and its combined network.Firstly,the unit selection strategy and the relation in the resonant modes between the unit and its combined network are described in detail.Then,the resonant modes of the network are decomposed into the resonant modes of the unit itself and the resonant modes accompanied with the network.The formation rule,the extraction method,the parameters,such as peak damping coefficient of the two kinds of resonant modes,are derived and analyzed in detail.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments.The results show that a complete set of multi-resonant modes of high-order busbar impedance network can be obtained by this method.Besides,the corresponding relationship between the resonant modes and the resonant circuits in the impedance network is an important basis to guide busbar optimization design.
