滋阴活血汤治疗缺血性中风恢复期阴虚血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴活血汤治疗缺血性中风恢复期阴虚血瘀证的疗效及安全性。方法选取淄博市中医医院脑病科收治的60例缺血性中风恢复期阴虚血瘀证病人为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将60例病人分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用滋阴活血汤治疗。观察两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、凝血功能指标的变化。结果两组治疗后NIHSS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后改良Rankin评分、ADL评分、血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、凝血功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋阴活血汤可降低缺血性中风恢复期阴虚血瘀证病人的NIHSS评分,改善神经功能,并且具有良好的安全性。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Ziyin Huoxue decoction in treating recovery phase of ischemic stroke with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during convalescence of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given basic western medicine treatment,and the patients in treatment group received Ziyin Huoxue decoction on the basis of western medicine.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Modified Rankin Scale(mRs)score,Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score,and indicators of blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function,and coagulation function were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of NIHSS were lower in both groups than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of NIHSS in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in modified mRs score,ADL score,and indicators of blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function and coagulation function after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Huoxue decoction can reduce the NIHSS score,improve neurological function in patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during convalescence of ischemic stroke,with better safety.
