摘　　要：外泌体是由各种细胞释放用于细胞间通讯的异质性纳米小泡,可特异性地包装和运输各种蛋白质、脂质和核酸,并参与介导肿瘤细胞与肿瘤微环境之间的相互作用。因此,外泌体不仅可以作为肿瘤预后和诊断的标志物,还可以用作潜在的治疗靶点和药物递送载体。本文就外泌体的分子特性,其在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤进展和转移中的作用,以及在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的应用作一综述,为临床治疗提供新的思路。Exosomes are heterogeneous nanometer-sized vesicles released by many types of cells and used for intercellular communication.Exosomes can specifically package and transport various proteins,lipids and nucleic acids,thus can mediate the crosstalk between tumor cells and tumor microenvironment in malignant tumor development.Therefore,exosomes can not only be used as new prognostic and diagnostic biomarkers,but also can be used as potential therapeutic targets and drug delivery vehicles.This article reviewed the molecular characteristics of exosomes,their role in the progression and metastasis of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors,and their applications in tumor diagnosis and treatment,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
