摘　　要：目的优化肉桂、熟地黄配伍降糖口含片的制备工艺和配方设计,为后续研究奠定基础。方法采用单因素筛选和正交设计试验优化,以含片脆碎度、崩解时限和感官评分的综合评价为指标,研究降糖含片的最佳配方和制备工艺。结果降糖含片的最优配方为:39%配伍干膏粉;54%甘露醇;5%羧甲基淀粉钠;0.7%阿斯巴甜和0.3%的薄荷脑;1%硬脂酸镁;加入适量95%乙醇润湿。优化制备工艺为:将干膏粉与辅料混匀,加入适量乙醇制软材,12目筛制粒,置于55℃烘箱中干燥20min,用24、60目筛整粒,加入润滑剂和薄荷脑,混匀后压片。结论按上述最佳配方和工艺条件制备的降糖含片各项指标均符合《中国药典》要求。配方设计合理,优化的制备工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize the preparation technology and formula design of hypoglycemic tablets from compatibility of Cinnamomum cassia Presl with Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch., it will lay a theoretical foundation for further research.Methods Comprehensive evaluation of the fragility, disintegration time and sensory scores of hypoglycemic tablets as indicators. Single factor screening and orthogonal design were used to study the optimal formulation and preparation technological process of hypoglycemic tablets.Results The optimal formula of hypoglycemic tablets was 39% compatibility dry paste powder;54% mannitol;5% sodium carboxymethyl starch;0.7% aspartame and 0.3% menthol;1% Magnesium stearate;added appropriate 95% ethanol wetting. The optimized preparation process was to mix dry paste powder with auxiliary materials, and then an appropriate amount of ethanol was added to make soft material. To sieve and granulate with 12 mesh, dry in oven at 55℃ for 20 min, sieve the whole grain with 24 mesh and 60 mesh, add lubricant and menthol, mix and press tablets. Conclusion According to the optimal formulation and technological conditions, all of these indexes of hypoglycemic tablets produced were to meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia. The formulation design was reasonable and the optimized preparation process was stable and feasible.
