摘 要:[目的]观察胆汁酸膜表面受体TGR5及S1PR2在结肠癌中的表达。[方法]选取经手术治疗的结肠癌患者40例,采用免疫组织化学法检测结肠癌组织及对应的癌旁正常组织中TGR5及S1PR2的表达。[结果]在结肠癌组织与癌旁正常组织中TGR5表达比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.152);结肠癌组织中,左半结肠癌TGR5表达显著高于右半结肠癌(P=0.045)。与癌旁正常组织相比,S1PR2在结肠癌组织表达明显升高(P=0.001),结肠癌组织中,S1PR2表达与结肠癌TNM分期相关,随着TNM分期的变大,S1PR2的阳性表达率升高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。TGR5及S1PR2在细胞周围的间质细胞染色呈阳性,且染色强度与结肠上皮细胞染色强度呈正相关。[结论]胆汁酸对结肠癌的影响可能主要通过S1PR2发挥作用,S1PR2的表达可以促进结肠癌的侵袭和转移,TGR5可能不是胆汁酸导致结肠癌的关键受体,S1PR2可能会成为结肠癌诊断和判断预后的潜在标志物。[Objective]This paper aimed to describe describes the expression of bile acid membrane surface receptors TGR5 and S1 PR2 in colon cancer.[Methods]The expression of TGR5 and S1 PR2 in colon cancer tissue and its adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.[Results]There was no significant difference in the expression of TGR5 between the colon cancer and the control group(P=0.152);the expression of TGR5 in the left colon cancer was significantly higher than that in the right colon cancer(P=0.045).Compared with the control group,the expression of S1 PR2 in colon cancer tissue was significantly increased(P=0.001).The expression of S1 PR2 in colon cancer tissue was related to the TNM staging of colon cancer.As TNM staging increases,the positive expression rate of S1 PR2 increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).The staining intensity of TGR5 and S1 PR2 was positively correlated with that of colon epithelial cells.[Conclusion]The effect of bile acid on colon cancer may be mainly through S1 PR2.The expression of S1 PR2 can promote the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer.TGR5 may not be the key receptor of bile acid in colon cancer.S1 PR2 may be a potential marker for diagnosis and prognosis of colon cancer.
