摘  要:目的探讨虚拟仿真实验在病原生物学与免疫学实验教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年3月—2020年7月本校开设病原生物学与免疫学实验课程的2017级1056名和2018级1060名学生为研究对象,根据年级分组,2017级为对照组,2018级为实验组。对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学,实验组以线上实验平台虚拟仿真实验软件进行教学,两组实验教学时间均为48学时。比较两组学生的学习成绩,设计调查问卷,评价教学效果。结果实验组实验成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。问卷调查显示,虚拟仿真实验教学在提高学生实验兴趣、拓展知识面、培养学生创新思维、提高自主学习能力和获取网络信息等方面较之传统教学方法均有明显优势。结论将虚拟仿真实验有机融入病原生物学与免疫学实验教学中能够发挥其优势,有利于提高教学效果和学生综合素质。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation experiment in experimental teaching of pathogen biology and immunology.Methods The 1056 students of grade 2017 and 1060 students of grade 2018 who were conducting experimental teaching of pathogen biology and immunology in our college during March 2019 and July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,students in grade 2017 in the control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the students in grade 2018 in the experimental group was taught by virtual simulation software on the online experimental platform,the teaching time of both groups were 48 class hour.Academic performance of the two groups were compared and questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The experimental results of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The questionnaire survey shows that virtual simulation experiment teaching has obvious advantages over traditional teaching methods in improving students'interest in experiment,expanding their scope of knowledge,cultivating students'innovative thinking,improving their independent learning ability,and obtaining network information and so on.Conclusions Integrating virtual simulation experiment into experimental teaching of pathogen biology and immunology could give full play to its advantages and improve the teaching effect and the comprehensive quality of students.
