摘 要:在回顾国内外相关研究基础上,构建知识优势对企业竞争力的作用机理模型,并选取华为企业进行案例分析。研究表明,(1)知识在企业再生产过程中,分别经历“内部知晓-内部响应-外部知晓-外部响应”知识链环节,对应于“知识获取与吸收-知识内化”“知识应用与创新-知识生产”“知识积累与积淀-知识外化”三个部分,形成知识优势。(2)知识活动过程只有与企业再生产过程相结合,才能产出满足市场需求、具有竞争力的产品,在行业中赢得定价权力和市场份额,最终形成企业竞争力。本研究揭示了企业竞争力形成的内在转化机理,为企业管理者培育和提升企业竞争力提供理论指导和决策参考。Based on the review of relevant research at home and abroad,a mechanism model of the role of knowledge advantage in the competitiveness of enterprises was constructed,and Huawei enterprise were selected for case analysis.Research shows that:(1)In the process of enterprise reproduction,knowledge goes through the knowledge chain of"internal awareness-internal responsiveness-external awareness-external responsiveness",corresponding to"knowledge acquisition and absorption-knowledge internalization","knowledge application and innovation-knowledge production","knowledge accumulation and deposition-knowledge externalization",forming knowledge advantage.(2)Only when the knowledge activity process is combined with the enterprise reproduction process,can it produce competitive products that meet market demand,win pricing power and market share in the industry,and ultimately form enterprise competitiveness.This study reveals the internal transformation mechanism of the formation of corporate competitiveness,and provides theoretical guidance and decision-making references for corporate managers to cultivate and enhance their competitiveness.
