摘  要:目的探讨比较教学法在非小儿麻醉专科医生儿科麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月—2019年12月于苏州大学附属儿童医院麻醉科进行住院医师规范化培训的来自多所成人医院麻醉科的学员60名,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组30名。研究组采用比较教学法进行教学,对照组则实施传统教学法。出科时对两组学员的理论成绩、技能操作水平及教学满意度进行考核,并分析比较得分情况。结果研究组学员的考核成绩、满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论比较教学法能显著提高非小儿麻醉专科医生在儿科麻醉住院医师规范化培训期间的理论水平和临床操作能力,并增加学员对带教的满意度,应用效果较好,值得进一步研究及推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of comparative teaching method in pediatric anesthesia teaching for non-pediatric anesthesiology students.Methods Sixty students from anesthesia department of many adult hospitals were selected from Anesthesia Department of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University from June 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random digital table method,with 30 students in each group.Study group was given the comparative teaching method,while control group was given the traditional teaching method.The theoretical performance,skill operation level and teaching satisfaction of students of two groups were evaluated,and the scores were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of examination and teaching satisfaction in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comparative teaching method can significantly improve the theoretical level and clinical operation ability of non-pediatric anesthesiology students in resident standardization training,and increase the satisfaction of students with teaching,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
