摘 要:在危重症患者治疗期间,肠内营养的应用日渐广泛,但产生的一系列并发症值得人们的关注。其中,肠内营养不耐受的发生率为30.5%~75%。近年来国内外研究者围绕肠内营养不耐受的评估与干预展开研究,其研究成果的应用有效改善了患者的营养耐受性。为能提供更全面及新的研究信息,现进行综述。During the treatment of critically ill patients,the application of enteral nutrition is increasingly widespread,but its series of complications also deserve attention.Among them,the incidence of intestinal nutrition intolerance is as high as 30.5%-75%.In recent years,researchers at home and abroad have carried out researches on the evaluation and intervention of intestinal nutrition intolerance.The application of the research results has improved the nutritional tolerance of patients.In order to provide more comprehensive and new research information,the following review is now conducted.
