摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者并发脂肪肝的相关因素。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月陕西省咸阳市中心医院收治的精神分裂症患者300例为研究对象,根据患者的脂肪肝诊断结果将其分为脂肪肝组和无脂肪肝组,每组150例。对两组患者的基础资料、临床资料等进行组间比较分析,并采用单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析探讨影响精神分裂症患者并发脂肪肝的危险因素。结果两组体重指数(BMI)、病程、高脂血症病史、抗精神病药(APS)应用数量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,BMI、病程、高脂血症病史、APS种类是精神分裂症患者并发脂肪肝的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者治疗期间有较高的脂肪肝发生率,脂肪肝的发生率受到患者肥胖程度、病程、高脂血症病史和APS服用情况的影响。Objective To explore the related factors of schizophrenic patients with fatty liver.Methods A total of 300 schizophrenic patients admitted to Xianyang Central Hospital of Shaanxi Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the diagnosis results of fatty liver,they were divided into the fatty liver group and the non-fatty liver group,with 150 patients in each group.The basic data and clinical data of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and single factor analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors of fatty liver in schizophrenia.Results There were significant difference in body mass index(BMI),disease course,history of hyperlipidemia,application of antipsychotic drugs(APS)between two groups(P<0.05).Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,disease course,history of hyperlipidemia,types of APS were independent risk factors of fatty liver in schizophrenics(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a high incidence of fatty liver in schizophrenics during the treatment.The incidence of fatty liver is affected by the degree of obesity,the course of disease,the history of hyperlipidemia and the use of APS.
