摘　　要：高校实验室承担着人才培养的重要任务,是高校“双一流”建设不可或缺的教学科研阵地,其安全问题日益受到关注。文章分析了新时期高校实验室人防、物防、技防方面的不安全因素,提出健全完善安全管理制度的先导作用,以及多部门相互配合,多措并举构建多维度安全管理体系模式,强调发挥人的能动性,实现实验室安全制度化、科学化、常规化、精细化和全员化管理,以守土有责、守土尽责的主人精神,保障高校各项事业的顺利发展。The university laboratory undertakes the important task of personnel training and is an indispensable teaching and scientific research position for the double first-class construction of universities.Its safety problem has gained increasing concern.This paper analyzes the insecure factors of university laboratory in civil air defense,material defense and technology defense in the new period,and puts forward the leading role of improving and perfecting the safety management system,as well as the cooperation of multiple departments to build a multi-dimensional safety management system model.The purpose is to emphasize the initiative of people,realize the institutionalized,scientific,regular,refined and whole-staff-participation management of laboratory safety,and guarantee the smooth development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.
