摘　　要：在新时代背景下,高校党支部建设需兼顾学科特点、人才培育、志愿服务等职责于一体,文章讨论了以高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室为基地,以“党支部+”为载体,充分发挥“双带头人”党建带头人和学科带头人的双重“领头雁”作用,将党支部建设更切合高校实际,进一步提升其组织力和政治功能。Under the background of the new era,the Party branch construction of colleges and universities needs to take into account the characteristics of discipline,talent cultivation,voluntary service and other responsibilities.With the"double leaders"teachers'Party branch secretary studio in colleges and universities as the base,and with"Party branch+"as the carrier,this paper discusses how to give full play to the leading roles of the Party branch—Party construction leader and disciplinary leader,to make the construction of Party branch more in line with the reality of the school and further enhance its organizational and political function.
