摘　　要：新工科建设是深化高等工程教育综合改革、提高人才培养质量的重要举措。以桂林理工大学建筑学专业人才培养为研究对象,对新工科背景下地方高校建筑学人才培养存在的关键问题进行分析,提出建立新工科人才培育机制、构建交叉融合的课程体系、更新教学模式、完善实践教学体系等策略,实现人才培养模式创新,契合当前建筑行业对多元化、复合型、高素质人才的需求。"New engineering"construction is an important measure to deepen the comprehensive reform of higher engineering education and improve the quality of talent training.This paper takes the training of architectural talents in Guilin University of Technology as the research object,analyzes the key problems of the training of architectural talents in local universities under the background of"new engineering",and puts forward the strategies of establishing the training mechanism of new engineering talents,constructing the course system of cross integration,renewing the teaching mode,and improving the practical teaching system,so as to realize innovation practice training,fit the current construction industry demand for diverse,complex,and high-quality talents in the field of architecture.
