校企合作环境下电气工程专业实践能力培养模式探索

摘　　要：作为应用型本科院校,在人才培养模式上我校推进校企合作、产教融合。文章结合我校电气工程及自动化专业的教学实践,从实验实训室建设、加强专业虚拟实验室建设、开发校级应用型本科教材、深入开展校企合作、师资队伍建设、创新能力培养等几个方面,对基于校企合作的提高学生实践能力培养模式进行了论述。As an application-oriented undergraduate college,the author's university promotes school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education in talent training model.Based on the teaching practice of electrical engineering and automation major in the university,this paper discusses the training model of improving students'practical ability based on the cooperation of school and enterprise from the aspects of the construction of experimental training room,the construction of professional virtual laboratory,the development of university level applied undergraduate teaching materials,the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation,the construction of teaching staff and the cultivation of innovation ability.
