摘  要:移动互联网主导的新时代,在线课程已经成为最受欢迎的教育模式,也是职场人士提升自己综合素质和改善职业技能的有效手段。响应我国职业化教育的号召,海洋技术相关的高等院校也积极探索推进海洋技术职业教育与在线授课模式的结合。该文主要从教学团队能力水平和教学效果评价方法两个方面,研究高校在开展海洋技术在线职业教育中面临的挑战,致力于提高现有高校教育人员应对在线教育的挑战,改善自身教学方法,探索适合在线教育的评价考核方法,建设卓有成效的在线职业教育团队。In the new era dominated by the mobile Internet,online courses have become the most popular education model,and an effective means for professionals to improve their overall quality and professional skills.In response to the call of our country's vocational education,colleges and universities related to marine technology are also actively exploring and promoting the combination of marine technology vocational education and online teaching model.This article mainly studies the challenges faced by colleges and universities in developing marine technology online vocational education from two aspects:the ability of the teaching team and the evaluation method of teaching effect.The purpose is to help the existing college educators to meet the challenges of online education,improve their own teaching methods,explore evaluation methods suitable for online education,and build effective online vocational education teams.
