离心法制备的胶原膜及其成份对眼创伤的预防和治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 研究离心法制得的胶原膜及其成份对眼创伤 的预防和治疗作用。方法 从物理,化学指数,药物输送方式及效果等方面比较了离心法制备的胶原膜及美国BI0—COR的胶原膜,分析比较了它们的社会和经济效益。结果 离心法制备的角膜胶原膜与类似国际先进产品的特点相同(含较多Ⅰ型胶原,较少Ⅲ型胶原,形状与Bausch ＆Lomb Bio—cor产品相似直径14.5mm,底部曲度9.0mm,泪液中深解时间为12/24/72h)。结论 离心法制备的胶原膜有良好的效果和效益。Objective To study the effect of collagen shield made by centrifugal and its composites method on prevention and cure of eye trauma. Methods We made a comparison between collagen shield made by centrifugal method and American Bio-Cor collagen shield above physical and chemical index, method and effect of drug delivery and analyzed their social profit and economic profit. Results The corneal collagen shield made by centrifugal method had the same characteristics of the similar international advanced product (consisting mostly of type Ⅰ collagen and less type Ⅲ collagen, shaped like the Bausch & Lomb Bio-Cor, diameter being 14.5 mm, base curve 9.0 mm, dissolution time being 12/24/72 hours in the tears). Conclusion The effect and profit are good.
