本科层次职业教育人才培养思路探析——以宁夏警官职业学院交通管理专业试点为例

摘　　要：本科层次职业教育是我国职业教育体系中的一个重要办学层次。作为职业院校,尤其是一所公安职业院校,更应该坚持类型教育,立足实践导向,开展动态调整,论证专业设置,致力发展职普沟通、融合发展的具有中国特色、世界水准的现代职业教育制度体系。公安交通管理专科层次的办学在教学实践中很难完全实现国家教学标准既定的人才培养目标。该文以宁夏警官职业学院交通管理专业为试点,从职业教育发展新形势、对标人才培养新要求、宁夏交管人才培养现状、以及岗位职业能力分析等方面的问题,为开展本科层次职业教育人才培养规格研究提供依据。Vocational education at undergraduate level is an important level in vocational education system in China.As a vocational college,especially a public security vocational college,it should adhere to type education,base on practice orientation,carry out dynamic adjustment,demonstrate specialty setting,and strive to develop a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and world standards,which is characterized by the integration of vocational and general education.In the teaching practice,it is difficult to fully realize the talent training goal set by the national teaching standard for public security traffic management specialty.This paper takes the traffic management major of Ningxia Police Officer Vocational College as a pilot,studies from the new situation of vocational education development,the new requirements of talent training,the current situation of Ningxia traffic management personnel training,and the analysis of post professional ability,etc.,to provide the basis for carrying out the research of undergraduate level vocational education personnel training specifications.
