“一基两翼”全过程应用型人才培养研究——以南昌工学院人居环境学院为例

摘　　要：在地方本科高校向应用型转变的大背景下,针对应用型人才的培养工作,南昌工学院人居环境学院按照"一基两翼"进行全过程应用型人才培养,以校企合作深度融合为基础,以师资队伍建设和科研平台建设为两翼,以青年博士队伍引进为契机,在专业课程教学和横纵向科学研究方面进行深耕,建立涵盖招生、培养和就业全过程的新型人才培养模式。In the context of the transformation of local undergraduate universities into application-oriented universities, and aiming at the cultivation of application-oriented talents, the School of Human Settlement & Civil Engineering of Nanchang Institute of Science & Technology conducts the whole process of application-oriented talent cultivation in accordance with the principle of "one base and two wings". In other words, based on the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation, the school took the construction of teaching staff and scientific research platform as two wings, and took the introduction of young doctors as an opportunity. It carried out in-depth research in professional curriculum teaching and horizontal and vertical scientific research, and established a new talent training model covering the entire process of enrollment, training and employment.
