摘  要:当前我国国际私法本科教学主要以课堂讲授方法为主,虽辅以不同的案例教学方式,但存在着教学内容庞杂、法律术语晦涩、理论抽象、课时有限等问题,以至对学生解决问题能力的培养效果不佳。由此而言,国际私法本科教学应切实贯彻以应用型法律人才培养为目标的教学理念,在增加固定学时进行案例分析和训练的基础上,根据不同的教学内容进行不同的教学设计,特别是着重选取国内司法审判实践中的案件作为讨论案例,只有如此,我国国际私法教学才能提升质量,真正培养出合格的应用型法律人才。At present, the undergraduate teaching of private international law in China is mainly based on classroom teaching methods, supplemented by different case teaching methods, but there are many problems, such as extensive teaching content, obscure legal terms, abstract theory, limited private international law class hours, so that the training effect of students’ problem-solving ability is not good. Therefore, the undergraduate teaching of private international law should implement the teaching concept of training applied legal talents. On the basis of increasing fixed class hours for case analysis and training, different teaching designs should be made according to different teaching contents, especially focusing on the cases in domestic judicial practice as discussion cases.Only in this way,we can improve the quality of private international law teaching and cultivate qualified applied legal talents.
