摘  要:培养创新型人才是实验教学改革的重点,实验室是培养学生具有创新能力的最基础的教学环境。通过建立金属材料开放与创新实验平台,开展各种科技创新活动、项目式教学、专业技能比赛、学科竞赛、专业知识讲座和开设实验通识选修课,建立创新实验教师队伍,构建材料学院金属材料工程创新基地,进一步完善工程型人才教学培养模式。金属材料开放与创新实验平台的建立激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的动手能力,提高了教师的业务水平和素养,提高了仪器设备的使用率,学生取得了喜人的成绩,从而全面提高了学生的理论应用能力和工程实践创新能力,培养出了金属材料工程专业创新能力强、实践能力强的工程型创新人才,实现了人才培养战略。Cultivating innovative talents is the focus of experimental teaching reform,and laboratory is the most basic teaching environment for cultivating students’innovative ability.Through the establishment of metal materials open and innovative experimental platform,carrying out various scientific and technological innovation activities,project teaching,professional skills competition,subject competition,professional knowledge lectures and the opening of experimental general elective courses,set up a team of innovative experimental teachers,build the material engineering innovation base of materials college,and further improve the teaching and training mode of engineering talents.The establishment of open and innovative experimental platform for metal materials has stimulated students’interest in learning,improved students’practical ability,improved teachers’professional level and accomplishment,improved the utilization rate of instruments and equipment,and the students have achieved gratifying results.So as to improve the students’theoretical application ability and engineering practice innovation ability,cultivate the engineering innovation talents with strong innovation ability and practical ability of metal material engineering specialty,and realize the talent training strategy.
